Alexa Ray Joel

Alexa Ray is an American singer, songwriter, and musician. She is the child of Billy Joel, a singer/songwriter and Christie Brinkley, a model. She is a New York native Joel has taken on her parents' passion of fashion and music. At the age of 13 She formed a group and staged her first live show in Maxwell's Hoboken New Jersey. It was not long before she gained immense acclaim during the subsequent years and became among the most exciting artists of the moment. Joel published her first full track Sketches in the year 2006. This EP released via Audio Bee Records helped her make her mark in the music industry. Her subsequent releases include a variety of singles, and has performed in numerous live performances. Joel was involved with fashion since the beginning of her professional career. She has performed at several fashion shows as well as fashion events. Joel was featured in the BELLA Beauty Issue cover in 2018. In December 2009 she was in the hospital for taking too much Traumeel. Following a full recovery her spokesperson told reporters that she had not wanted to kill herself.
