Suzanne Pleshette, an American actress and voice artist. She amassed more than one hundred credits during her five decades of career. Pleshette was a native of New Yorker, began acting on the stage before gradually transitioning to film. Her most notable films include 'Rome Adventure,' 'The Birds,' 'Fate Is the Hunter,' If It's Tuesday This Must Be Belgium The Birds,' and Support Your Local Gunfighter. She has also appeared in numerous TV series and movies. Her nominations included Emmy Awards four times and Golden Globe Awards twice. After being nominated two times, Pleshette won the Laurel Award in 1963 for her film 'The Birds'. The death of Pleshette in 2008 resulted in a posthumous award of a Star in the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
